If your travel voucher is issued after 1 March 2020 and is expired, you can still use it to make a new booking. Your booking should be made within 6 months from the expiry date. You can book a flight for any travel date on future offered flights.
Requesting a voucher or refund
You can request a travel voucher or a cash refund via our online refund system. This system checks if you’re eligible for a full cash refund or only part of it. You can also use the system to check the status of your request. We’ll try our best to process your request as soon as possible.
